Returns & Refund Policy

1. Digital Products (Developer Assets & UI Kits)

Due to the nature of digital “Digital Sawdust” (code snippets, UI Kits, cheat sheets), these items are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the files have been delivered.

  • Why? Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be “returned” in a way that guarantees the buyer no longer has access to the intellectual property.
  • Exceptions: A refund or exchange may be issued if:
    • The digital file is corrupted or broken (and a replacement cannot be provided).
    • The product description was demonstrably inaccurate regarding the file’s contents.

2. Physical Products (Tech Hardware)

For physical items such as transparent mice or night lights, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • Conditions for Return: * Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
    • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us via our Facebook page or the Linktrotech website.
  • Shipping Costs: As a bootstrap-funded business, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a physical product that is dead on arrival (DOA) or functionally defective:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide a brief description and, if possible, a photo/video of the issue.
  • We will provide a full refund or a free replacement, including shipping costs.

4. Refunds Processing

Since we use secure manual verification, refunds are also processed manually to ensure accuracy. Once your return is received and inspected (for physical goods) or your claim is verified (for digital goods):

  • Method: Refunds are sent via bKash or Nagad (Personal “Send Money”).
  • Timing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 24-48 hours.
  • Approval: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Fees: Delivery charges are non-refundable. Only the product price will be returned.

5. Privacy Note

In line with our commitment to privacy-preserving practices, we only retain the transaction data necessary to process your refund and meet tax obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers.
